The Johnstown Flood Museum and Heritage Discovery Center/Johnstown Children’s Museum are currently operating on a winter schedule: open Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm, Sunday noon-5:00 pm; and closed Tuesday and Wednesday. We will update this alert ribbon (and, in the instance of longer closures, the Heritage Johnstown Facebook Page) if either or both museums are closed due to severe weather.

Beginning May 1, we will resume visitor season operating hours of open all days except Tuesday.

July will be a huge month at Peoples Natural Gas Park! This Sat., July 2, the Derek Woods Band will open up for John Gresh’s Gris-Gris (oictured) — two fantastic, crowd-pleasing acts, perfect for a holiday weekend. Gates open at 6:00 pm, and music begins at 7:00. Rayne’s BBQ will be on hand, so be sure to come hungry!
