Current operating schedule

As of May 1, the Johnstown Flood Museum and Heritage Discovery Center/Johnstown Children’s Museum are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm, Sunday noon-5:00 pm; and closed Tuesday. We will update this alert ribbon (and, in the instance of longer closures, the Heritage Johnstown Facebook Page) if either or both museums are closed due to severe weather.

Celebrate Easter and Passover in our Spring Holiday Hunt, sponsored by Breezeline! Hunt for Easter eggs to receive a mini basket of goodies! Decorate your basket and do an Easter craft in the Makerspace; Learn about Seder Plates, hunt for and make your own afikomen, and sample matzoh! Free face painting by Natalka Barvinok Art Studio from 11 am-1 pm, too.

Free to Heritage Johnstown members or with museum admission.
