As of September 15 the Johnstown Flood Museum and Heritage Discovery Center/Johnstown Children’s Museum are moving to fall/winter hours: open Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm, Sunday noon-5:00 pm; and closed Tuesday-Wednesday.

We will update this alert ribbon (and, in the instance of longer closures, the Heritage Johnstown Facebook Page) if either or both museums are closed due to severe weather (which can include heat).

Kevin Stiffler, aka “the camera guy,” is always at concerts and other events taking fantastic portraits of all the artists, and he’s incredibly generous with his work. Due to bone loss and chronic health issues Kevin needs a full set of dental implants, which is a long, involved, and above all expensive process that have left him in tens of thousands of medical debt. This was not a cosmetic procedure — it was a medical necessity. Without teeth, Kevin lost weight, his speech was affected, he suffered daily embarrassment, and his smile disappeared. Let’s make this journey a little easier for Kevin!

Come out to this fantastic day of live music, which will also include a basket party featuring music- and photography-themed items, to help one of the local music scene’s biggest supporters.The day will feature performances by Jeff Perigo, Felix & the Hurricanes, and Bill Toms & Hard Rain.
