As of May 1, the Johnstown Flood Museum and Heritage Discovery Center/Johnstown Children’s Museum are open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00 am-5:00 pm, Sunday noon-5:00 pm; and closed Tuesday. We will update this alert ribbon (and, in the instance of longer closures, the Heritage Johnstown Facebook Page) if either or both museums are closed due to severe weather.

Presented by Flood City Youth Fitness Academy and the Johnstown chapter of the NAACP, in partnership with By Any Means Necessary Entertainment to celebrate Juneteenth on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at PNG Park! Performers include Flood City Youth Fitness Academy Dazzlin’ Divas (dance team), STEMTEC (jazz), Maestro Johnnie Croom (R&B), Smooth Sound Band (R&B) and Major (pictured — Grammy-nominated R&B/soul). Free! It will also feature a 3-on-3 basketball tournament!
